Arturo collaboratively marshals all company assets from the advanced design phases through the completion and post-occupancy stage. He approaches project development — regardless of type, complexity, or scale — with an unwavering dedication to design integrity, construction tectonics, and project documentation.
He leverages nearly three decades of experience in the design, construction and development industries, overseeing projects of varied scopes ranging in budget from $15 million to $2.2 billion. His strong design sensibilities and knowledge of construction have enabled him to lead over 50 different public and private sector teams in the urban, historic restoration, and mixed/adaptive reuse typologies over the last 20 years of his career.
Arturo graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, is a licensed architect in the states of New York and New Jersey, and is a recurring member of the Pennsylvania State University’s College of Arts & Architecture guest adjunct faculty.
