Bryan Moll

Chief Executive Officer

Bryan is responsible for overseeing and growing Gateway Jax’s business operations, stakeholder engagement across the public and private sectors, and delivery of the company’s development projects.

He has over 20 years of real estate development experience across multiple asset classes, specializing in large-scale, mixed-use projects. He has entitled, designed, capitalized and/or constructed over $6 billion in stabilized value in multiple jurisdictions, including in the Tampa, Florida and Washington, D.C. metro areas.

Prior to Gateway Jax, Bryan was an Executive Vice President for JBG SMITH. His projects included National Landing in Arlington County, Virginia, a substantial mixed-use development adjacent to Amazon’s second headquarters.

He also oversaw the master planning, entitlement, and design of a $700 million project across three city blocks of Washington, D.C.’s Union Market, in a unique partnership with Gallaudet University — the nation’s largest university serving deaf and hard-of-hearing students.

Earlier in Bryan’s career, he was the Executive Vice President for Strategic Property Partners (SPP) — the owner and developer of Water Street Tampa, a $3.5 billion development in the city’s downtown. Bryan assembled and managed a team responsible for the entitlement, design, capitalization, and construction of its first phase.
