Chase oversees day-to-day accounting functions, including financial reporting, annual financial audits, and regulatory compliance. He joined Gateway Jax in 2023 to develop and build out the accounting department, implementing policies and controls to ensure GAAP-compliant reporting.

Previously, Chase accumulated 15 years of accounting experience in commercial real estate for both private and publicly traded companies. He is a Florida native and a University of Florida alumnus. When not working, Chase enjoys boating with his family.
