Eric leads all development activities for the firm’s development pipeline in the heart of Downtown Jacksonville.

He brings over 10 years of experience in all facets of real estate development from his prior role at JBG SMITH, an S&P 400 REIT based in the Washington, D.C. area. While employed there, he managed the design and entitlement of over 3 million square feet of mixed-use residential, office, and retail development directly adjacent to Amazon’s second headquarters in National Landing. He also spearheaded JBG SMITH’s National Landing portfolio-wide master planning, placemaking, and retail merchandising strategies, and served on the firm’s design review committee.

Eric graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University with a B.S.E. in Civil Engineering, with certificates in Architecture and Management Systems.
