Jason is responsible for the success of Gateway Jax’s construction program, including project oversight, document control, and change order management. 

He has extensive residential and commercial experience in the New York construction industry, including luxury residential projects totaling over $250 million. His career began at the age of 14 as a plumber's apprentice. That early exposure to the trades ignited a passion for construction and continuous learning to gain skills in financial tracking, scheduling, and effective communication, leveraging tools like Procore and Bluebeam to enhance project efficiency. 

Jason earned a Bachelor of Architectural Science with a concentration in construction management at the New York Institute of Technology
