Justin leads all underwriting efforts, and advises on asset management, capital markets, investor relations, pre-development, market research, government affairs, and more.

His experience includes business valuation consulting, real estate brokerage, and service with an international civil engineering firm. His commercial real estate experience spans the affordable housing, senior living, multifamily, self-storage, build-for-rent, short-term rental, and hospitality spaces.

Justin has a Bachelor of Science in finance at the Farmer School of Business at Miami University, and a master’s degree in real estate development from the University of Indianapolis.
