Nick oversees Gateway Jax’s complex financing operations, including its private equity fund, project capitalization strategies, and daily accounting needs.

He brings a dynamic background in underwriting and financing large-scale, mixed-use projects to drive urban revitalization in under-utilized areas. He spent six years working on the Water Street Tampa project for Strategic Property Partners (SPP), where he helped underwrite, finance, and execute over $1.2 billion worth of real estate development consisting of mixed-use apartments, hotels, office, retail, and condos. 

Nick is a graduate of Jacksonville University and is thrilled to be back in the city that provided so much opportunity to him. As a born and raised Floridian, Nick can be found spending his free time on the water fishing, surfing, or hanging out with family.
