Nicolas contributes to underwriting, modeling, investment analysis, and asset management for mixed-use development projects.

Nicolas previously worked at DLP Capital as a rotational analyst for their private funds. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance with a concentration in investments from the University of North Florida, where he was part of the Student Managed Investment Fund. He also earned a Master of Science in data science with a concentration in finance from the University of the Cumberlands.
